摘要
针对机油泵扭矩自动检测问题,提出机油泵扭矩测试台的总体设计方案,运用三维建模软件Pro/E建立测试台实体模型,选择集力矩、转速、功率测试于一体的传感元件,并分别阐述测试台工作原理及电气控制原理。根据机油泵扭矩检测的主要性能指标,对测试台进行了稳定性及可靠性的测试,并利用LabVIEW采集实验数据。
The overall design project of torque test bed for oil pump was presented according to the torque automatic detection of oil pump. By using Pro/E, the 3D model of the torque test bed was built. A sensing element, which could be used to test torque, rotate speed, power, was selected. The working principle and electrical control theory of the test bed were described respectively. The stability and reliability of the test bed were tested according to the main performance index of the oil pump torque detection. The test data were obtained by LabVIEW software.
