基于GPRS与S7-200PLC的多点温度监控系统设计与实现

摘要 以某供热站控制中心下属的6个换热站的换热器温度控制为研究对象,设计一个多点温度监控系统。该系统以研华工控机IPC-610H作为上位机,西门子S7-200PLC作为下位机并作为控制器控制执行机构进行数据采集,通过宏电GPRS模块进行数据交换,以MCGS作上位机监控画面,实现对多个控制点的换热站的温度、恒压补水的自动控制。现场应用结果表明:该控制系统控制简单、操作灵活,稳定性较强。 Taking temperature control of six heat exchangers which belonged to a control center as the research object, a multi-point temperature control system was designed. In the system, IPC-610H of Advantech was used as upper machine and S7-200PLC of Siemens as lower machine. The lower was used to control the actuator and acquire data which was transferred to the upper by GPRS module of Hongdian. The upper was an automatic control system that could be used to monitor multi-point temperature and constantpressure water supply by MCGS configuration software. The application and practice show that the control system is simple, easy to use and stable.
