Under the background of grade-based system, it is a problem to focus on teachers＇ quality and train teaching skills for students majoring in primary education. After-class activity is one of the effective solutions to it. It is practicable to develop students＇ teaching skills by establishing students＇ unions, enriching cultural activities on campus, diversifying the contents and forms of after-class activities.
