摘要
向Q235钢中分别添加质量分数为0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%,0.9%,尺寸为40~50nm的ZrO2纳米粒子,在相同条件下冶炼和轧制,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等进行分析,对其晶粒细化机制进行研究。结果表明:ZrO2颗粒在钢凝固结晶和轧制变形过程中起到形核核心和再结晶核心的作用,晶粒细化效果显著;添加ZrO2粒子的质量分数为0.3%时,铸造和热轧后晶粒最细小,尺寸分别为11.55μm和4.50μm。
Abstract:ZrO2 nanopowder with the size of 40 - 50 nm is added to carbon steel by different quality fraction(0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 0.9%). Under the same condition, the grain refinement mechanism is investigated by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The conclusions are as follows, the ZrOz nanopowder is used as deformation center and recrystallization in liquid steel casting solidification process and the rolling deformation process, the grain refinement has a better effect by comparing with original steel. When the quality fraction of ZrOz nanopowder is 0.3%, the size of steelgrains after casting and hot rolling are 11.55 μm and 4. 50 μm respectively.
