摘要
砂轮表面粘结与碎裂严重影响ORG的运行稳定性。本文详细分析了热轧油、砂轮转速、轧辊温度、ORG磨头组件等对砂轮表面粘结及碎裂的影响。通过采用切油装置、更换热轧油油品、调整砂轮转速、降低工作辊表面温度、加强ORG磨头组件管理等措施,解决了砂轮表面粘结与碎裂的问题。
The adhesion and break surface of grinding wheels will seriously affect the operating stability of ORG. The effects of hot rolling oil, rotation speed of grinding wheel, roll surface temperature and grinder components on adhesion and break surface of grinding wheels are analyzed. Finally, some preventive countermeasures are proposed to solve this problem, such as cutting the oil equipment, changing the hot rolling oil, adjusting the rotation speed of wheel, reducing the surface temperature of work roll and enhancing the component management of grinder.
