摘要 探讨IL-17细胞因子在乳腺癌及癌旁非癌组织中的表达情况,及其与淋巴结转移、雌孕激素受体表达的关系。本研究包括55例乳腺浸润性导管癌、55例乳腺浸润性小叶癌、32例乳腺导管原位癌及142例乳腺腺病作为对照;采用免疫组织化学(S-P法)分别检测上述癌组织和对照组织中IL-17的表达。分析IL-17蛋白表达与乳腺癌组织学分型、TNM分期、临床分期及预后的相关性。结果表明:(1)IL-17在乳腺癌组和乳腺腺病组中的阳性表达率为96.47%和88.03%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.095,P=0.008>0.05)。(2)IL-17在乳腺癌中的表达和淋巴结的转移成正相关(rs=0.182,P=0.030<0.05),IL-17在有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌中强阳性表达率为67.35%和48.39%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.660,P=0.031<0.05)。(3)IL-17的表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小及ER、PR、Her-2的表达未见相关性,P>0.05。由此可知,亲炎细胞因子IL-17蛋白高表达参与了乳腺癌的发生发展和预后过程。 To study the expression of IL-17 in breast cancer(BC)tissues and non-cancerous tissues,and to explore whether it is related to characteristics of affection,lymph node metastases and the levels of ER, PR and C-erb2. (1)Patients included in this study were 55 cases of Invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC) ~55 cases of Invasive lobular carcinoma(ILC) ~32 cases of Ductal carcino- ma in situ(DCIS)and 142 cases of breast adenosis(BA). (2)The expression of IL-17 was examined by immunohistochemistry (IHC) (S-P method). (3) The expression of IL-17 was analyzed against histological type, TNM stage and prognosis of BC. (1) IL-17 showed a positive expression rate of 96.47 ~ in BC patients,higher than that of 88.03 % in BA patients(x2 = 7. 095, P= 0. 008〉0.05). (2)In BC patient tissues, the expression of IL-17 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (rs = 0. 182,P=0. 030~0.05). The strong positive IL-17expression rate was 67, 35~ in patients with lymph node metastasis and 48.39 ~/6 in patients without lymph node metastasis, respectively (y: = 4. 660, P = 0. 031 〈 0.05) (3)The expression of IL-17 was not associated with the age of patients,levels of ER,PR and Her-2, P〉0.05. The over-expression of IL-17 in breast cancer tissues and in patients with lymph node metastasis suggests that proinflammatory IL-17 cytokine may be involved in pathogene- sis,progression and metastasis of breast cancer.
