摘要
以超速离心纯化的鲤春病毒(SVCV)免疫大白兔,制备了兔抗SVCV免疫血清,在此基础上建立了快速检测SVCV的间接ELISA方法,对40份经过细胞培养和RT-PCR方法检毕的SVC样品(8份阳性,32份阴性)进行验证,符合率100%。
With Spring Viremia of Carp Viruses （SVCV） purified by ultracentrifugation, an ex- perimental rabbit is immunized to produce anti SVCV serum. On that basis, a method to rapid- ly detect SVCV by indirect-ELISA is established, and forty samples （eight SVCV positive and thirty-two negative） are verified with 100% accordance rate, which are first detected by cell culture and RT-PCR.
