24个桉树品系遭受桉树枝瘿姬小蜂危害后防御酶活性变化 被引量:11

Defense enzyme activity of 24 Eucalyptus varieties jeopardized by Leptocybe invasa Fisher & La Salle

摘要 选取对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂不同抗性的24个桉树品系,对其遭受危害过程中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性变化进行测定。结果表明:受害前,桉树叶片内SOD活性、POD活性和PPO活性均表现为高抗品系>中抗品系>高感品系;在遭受桉树枝瘿姬小蜂危害后,叶片内SOD活性和PPO活性表现为先升高后下降的趋势;升高增量排名前三的品系是:柠檬桉、粗皮桉和Et12;活性下降排名前三的是Et09、DH32-29和KX12;POD活性表现为持续升高并趋于稳定的趋势,升高增量排名前三的是A107、T121和DH42-6;方差分析表明:桉树叶片内防御酶活性的变化在不同抗性品系间差异显著,表现为高抗品系>中抗品系>高感品系。 24 different resistant Leptocybe invasa Eucalyptus varieties were selected to study the effects of Leptocybe invasa hazards on the varieties activites of superxide dismutase, peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase. The results show the variation tendency of SOD, POD and PPO was a descending order: 'high-resistant varieties, middle-resistant ones and high-sensitive ones before varieties were determined by Leptocybe invasa Fisher& La Salle. The activities of SOD and PPO in all varieties initially increased then declined when the varieties were invaded by Leptocybe invasa. The top three varieties of incremental increase were E. Citriodora, E.pellita and ET12. The top three which declines are Et09, DH32-29 and KX12. The activities of POD in all varieties initially increased to stabilize. The top three varieties of incremental decrease were A107, T121 and DH42-6.Varianee analysis shows that there existed a huge difference of activities of defense enzymes' variation between the high-resistant and high-sensitive. Activities of defense enzymes can be used as a biological and chemical target to assess the resistance of Eucalyptus to Leptocybe invasa.
