天际岭国家森林公园游憩价值评估

Evaluation of recreation values of Tianjiling National Forest Park's tourism based on TCM

游憩资源作为环境资源的一种,其价值评估正逐渐成为一个热点研究领域,为相关自然保护区、景区的管理与决策起到重要指导作用。旅行费用法(TCM)是国际上用于游憩价值评估的两种经典方法之一。本文以湖南省长沙市天际岭国家森林公园为对象,运用旅行费用法对天际岭国家森林公园的游憩服务功能进行了价值评估,计算得出其游憩总价值为26867.2039万元,这一结果表明天际岭国家森林公园有着巨大的游憩价值和开发潜力,为该景区的资源决策和资源补偿提供一定的科学参考。

As a kind of environmental resources, the valuation of recreational resources has been becoming a hot research field, and it plays an important role in guiding management and decision-making of related nature reserve region and scenic spot. Travel Cost Method （TCM） is one of the two classical methods used to evaluate recreationvalue in the world. By takingTianjiling National Forest Park located in Changsha city, Hunan province, as the tested object, and by means of TCM, the park＇s recreation service functions were evaluated, and the total recreation value is 26.87 million yuan. The calculating result indicate that thepark has great values with recreation and tourism development potential, and also provides some scientific reference values in both policy-making and compensation of nature resources for the area.
