摘要 本文介绍了炼油厂联合应用PIMS和ORION优化选择原油的一种方法。根据价格预测以及各种限制条件的约束,应用PIMS的毛利排序法对所采购原油的不同组合进行经济上的比较,再应用ORION软件验证不同的组合在炼油厂装置运行操作上的可行性,在经济、安全、稳定的基础上,利用已有装置,选择出效益最大化的组合方案。大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司应用了该方法,结果表明该方法既保证了主要装置的稳定运行,严格控制库存风险,又能充分利用瓶颈装置,使企业获得最大的效益。 A new method to combine the Aspentech PIMS (Process Industry Modeling System) and ORION refinery supply-chain planning and scheduling software to optimize the selection and blending of crude oil by refineries is introduced. Based on price forecasting and subject to various constraints, PIMS is first used to compare different procured crude oil combinations in economic terms, then ORION is used to verify the feasibility of different combinations at WEPEC, and finally the profit-maximizing blending plan and schedule is chosen using current devices on an economical, safe and stable basis. The method has been used at WEPEC and has proven not only to ensure the stable operation of the main devices and to limit inventory risk, but also to make full use of devices to manage bottle-necks and therefore to optimize corporate interests.
