SWOT分析法是一种针对企业发展战略的分析方法,现常用于区域经济发展战略问题的研究。在当下"两型社会"建设的大背景下,将SWOT分析法运用于涟源煤炭资源枯竭型城市经济转型研究,通过对各种因素的综合分析,明确涟源市着力推动资源型城市的战略转型与跨越发展的优势和劣势,了解涟源市经济转型中的外部机遇和威胁,从而针对涟源煤炭资源枯竭型城市经济转型提出相应对策。

As an analysis method for entrepreneur frequently used in studies of development strategy of building an ＂energy-saving＂ and ＂environment-friendly＂ development strategy, SWOT analysis method is now regional economy. Against the present backdrop of society, the SWOT analysis method is applied in this paper to the economic transformation study of Lianyuan City, a coal resources exhausted city. By analyzing a variety of factors, the paper identifies the advantages and disadvantages of Lianyuan City in promoting the transition from a resource city and realizing great-leap-forward development, and clarifies the external oppor- tunities and threats Lianyuan City is faced with in its economic transformation in such a manner that the countermeasures for the economic transformation of Lianyuan City are proposed.
