论目标管理在高校后勤管理中的应用

Application of Objective Management in University Logistics Management

随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,作为企业成功管理经验的目标管理也被越来越广泛地应用到其他管理领域,高校管理的一个重要方面后勤管理也适用目标管理方法。文章在对目标管理进行透彻研究的基础上,分析了高校后勤存在的普遍问题,将目标管理合理、科学地运用到后勤管理领域。

With the continuous development of university logistics service soclallzauon, me manage- ment by objectives （MBO） as the successful management experience of businesses, which has been more and more widely applied in other management areas,is also applicable to university logistics management, which is an important aspect of university management. The common problems existing in university logistics are analyzed in this paper based on the thorough study of MBO to carry out MBO reasonably and scientifi- cally in the field of logistics management.
