黄淮海流域水资源现状分析与问题探讨

Analysis on the development state and problems of the water resources in the basins of Yellow River,Huaihe River and Haihe River

本文分析了黄淮海流域的水资源量状况以及水资源开发利用情况,解析了当前黄淮海流域所面临的水资源问题,并针对地下水超采等问题提出了改善措施,另外还分析了南水北调工程对黄淮海流域的影响。论文在分析黄淮海流域水资源形势与问题的基础上,对该地区的水资源科学合理配置提出了相关政策建议,为黄淮海流域的水资源管理提供了参考。

This paper analyzes the water resources states in the basins of Yellow River, Huaihe River and Haihe River, including the precipitation, surface water resources, groundwater resources, transfer water re- sources and total water resources. The water resources exploitation and utilization situations, such as the amount and structure of the water supply and water consumption, and the development level of regional wa- ter resources, are also analyzed in this paper. The problems of the current water resources in the three ba- sins are detected, and some improving measures are proposed. This paper also analyzes the impact of the south-north water transfer project on these basins and makes some policy suggestions. The study on the de- velopment state and problems of water resources in the three basins provides a reference for the water re- sources management in these regions.
