有梭织机张力自调匀整技术的研究

Research of Autoleveler Technology of Warp Tension on Shuttle Looms

将有梭织机中经停、纬停、空纬管关车、换梭关车、无故关车分解为断缺纬性停台和非缺纬性停台 ,采用机电结合方式研制的经纱张力自调匀整新技术 ,不但可以有效消除断缺纬性停台和非缺纬性停台造成的稀密性横档疵 ,而且操作简便、使用安全、维护方便。

A new warp tension autoleveler technique not only can effectively eliminate the stop mark caused by the loom stoppage with weft missing and non\|weft missing,but also can simply operate,using in safty and conveniently maintain,this technique is developed with mechanical and electrical methods and based on the theory that resolving the warp stop,weft stop,weft bobbin empty stop,shuttle changing stop and without reason stop into weft missing stop and non\|weft mossing stop.
