调节式送经机构优化设计的思考

Optimum Design of Adjustable Let-off Mechanism

针对 1 51 5系列有梭织机在织造过程中存在送经量和经纱张力都不能保持恒定的问题 ,提出对调节式送经机构进行优化设计 ,将随机张力变化对送经量的调节和织轴直径从大变小对送经量的调节相分离 ,以保证送经量和经纱张力保持恒定 ,并给出了该机构中有关参数的计算方法。

In view of the problem existing in 1515 series loom,this paper gave the train of the optimum design on adjustable let\|off mechanism,that is,separate the adjustment on let\|off length by random tension changing from beam diameter changing,to ensure the constant of let\|off length and warp tension,and gave the calculated method on some parameters concerned of this mechanism,the main problem to be discussed is that both the let\|off length and warp tension can not keep uniform.
