Discussion about the Irregularity Index

提出了用修正不匀指数判断纺纱过程中各工序质量的控制能力 ,修正不匀指数是纱条不匀的一种量度 ,是纱条实际条干CV %与设计条干CV %的差异程度 ,可反映出纺纱各工序的设备状态、工艺及操作水平等 ,克服了以往解决质量问题的盲目性 ,是质量管理的一种新方法。

This paper suggested that use the corrected irregularity index to judge the quality control capability in all spinning processes.The corrected irregularity index is a measurement of sliver unevenness,and is the difference degree between actual unevenness and design unevenness.It is a new quality management method that can eliminate the blindness on solving the quality problems with reflecting the equipment state,processing and operating level in all spinning processes.
