摘要
某铜矿山老尾矿含铜0.46%,为了查明铜的赋存状态,通过化学物相分析、X-射线衍射分析、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及矿物自动分析仪(MLA)等,查明该尾矿中铜的赋存状态十分复杂,其中42.22%的铜以黄铜矿、辉铜矿等硫化铜形式存在,26.67%的铜以孔雀石、赤铜矿等氧化铜形式存在,还有31.11%的铜以吸附状态或微粒包裹体形式赋存于褐铁矿、硬锰矿及高岭石等黏土矿物中,研究结果给铜回收工艺的合理制定提供了基础数据。
The old tailings contain 0.46% Cu. In this paper, copper dissemination state research on the old tailings is carried out. By the chemical phase analysis, XRD analysis, optical microscope, SEIVi and MLA, the results show that the copper dissemination state is quite complicated, 42.22% Cu existing as copper sulfide minerals such as chalcopyrite and chaleocite, 26.67% Cu existing as copper oxide minerals such as malachite and cuprite, and 31.11% Cu existing as adsorbed state in limonite, psilomelane and clay minerals. The research results provide basic data to make reasonable copper recovery process.
