摘要
某多金属矿石属铜、铅、锌、银复杂共生难选难分离矿石,生产现场采用依次优先浮选工艺流程,长期达不到设计指标,造成资源的浪费。本试验采用全混合浮选—混合精矿加压浸出分离工艺流程,获得了铜、铅、锌、银综合回收率较高的混合精矿。在此基础上进行了选矿扩大试验,其试验指标较好地验证了实验室试验结果;混合精矿经加压浸出后,取得了铜浸出率85.96%、锌浸出率91.24%的优良指标,渣中铅脱硫后品位可达40%。
A polymetallic ore belonges to intergrown and refractory copper-lead-zinc-silver complex ore, and valuable minerals are difficult to float and separate. The technological selective flotation of copper-lead-zinc was adopted in a production field, but the designed production indexes can not be achieved for a long time, causing the waste of ore resources. Beneficiation tests were carried out by the process of bulk flotation, pressure leaching of mixed concentrate. Then, the bulk concentrate at higher recovery of copper-lead-zinc-silver were organized, the results fully leaching of lead to mixed concentrate, got after dressing being 40% was respectively achieved.
