摘要
为了适应当前低品位矿或尾矿分选的要求,北京矿冶研究总院成功研制了Φ1500×4500型多力场永磁筒式磁选机。针对尾矿或低品位矿的磁性率低、处理量大的特点,研究了新型的磁系结构、槽体结构、预磁结构,实现了设备粗粒排尾结构、液位高低可控结构等关键技术参数设计。该磁选机用于铜矿浮选尾矿中磁性铁回收,取得了较好的分选效果。
Abstract: Ф1500x4500 large permanent magnetic drum separator with multi-force field was developed by BGRIMM to meet the need of the separating of low grade or tail ores. For the low magnetic susceptibility and large capacity of the tailing or low grade ore, the new type of magnetic system, tank and pre-magnetic structure have been designed to achieve the function design of equipment for coarse-grained tail discharge and slurry level controllable. The magnetic separator was used for magnetic iron recovery in the copper flotation tailings, and achieved better senaratlon effect
