摘要
针对浓缩生产过程的非线性、大滞后、过程扰动变化范围宽、自动化程度低的难题,提出了将物料平衡模型作为过程控制的中心原则,以浓密机的综合生产经济指标作为优化目标的浓缩生产过程智能优化控制方法。详细介绍了该优化控制系统的组成、运行机制和浓密机优化控制策略。实际应用表明,该系统提高了浓密机处理能力和底流浓度,降低了压耙、跑浑等生产事故发生的几率,实现了浓缩生产过程的优化控制,并取得了良好的应用效果。
To the problems that the thickening process which is the important link of mining and metallurgy has the characteristic of non-linear, long time delay, wide process disturbance range and low production efficiencies, it is difficult to realize the automatic control. An intelligence optimal control strategy is presented which regards mass balance model as the center principle of the process control and the comprehensive economic index of the thickening process as the optimization objective. In the paper, the structure, operation mechanism and intelligent control strategy of the optimal control system are introduced in detail. The application results show that the processing capacity and under-flow density could be improved, and the possibility of pressure barrow and mudflow phenomenon during the production dropped. The optimal control of thickening which obtained significant aoDlication effect is achieved.
