摘要 目的建立基于国人标本断面数据的肾管道系统的三维可视化模型。方法选用胸腹部无病变的男性青壮年尸体1具,以数控冷冻铣削技术获取0.1 mm层厚的腹部连续横断面数据集。采用SGI工作站和体绘制方法,经图像分割和三维建模,建立能体现国人体质特征的肾管道系统的计算机三维可视化模型。结果应用3 D软件成功地重建出了肾的三维可视化模型,可以对肾管道系统进行多角度、多方位和任意放大缩小的观察。结论肾的三维可视化模型多方位立体显示肾特别是肾动脉、肾静脉和肾输尿管道的微细解剖结构,实现了国人肾脏的虚拟解剖学,能帮助外科医师从任意方位动态和立体地观察肾脏的解剖结构,为肾脏的外科学提供了形态学参考。 Objective To buid a 3-D visualization model of rental piping system based on Chinese specimen section data. Methods Firstly,a 0.1mm thick abdominal continuous cross-sectional data set was obtained from the body of a male young adult whose chest and belly shows no pathological changes with numerical-control frozen milling technology; secondly, a three-dimensional visualization model of rental piping system representing the physical features of Chinese people was built after image segmentation and three-dimen- sional reconstruction with SGI workstations and volume rendering method. Results A 3-D visualization model of rental piping system was successfully reconstructed with three-dimensional software, so that the rental piping system can be observed from arbitrary directions and positions, amplified or decreased. Conclusion The subtle anatomic structures of renal, especially renal artery, renal veins, and renal duct can be displayed stereoscopically in the 3-D visualization model, which enables surgeons to observe the renal anatomical structure dynamically and stereoscopically from arbitrary directions and positions, providing morphological evidence for renal surgery.
