护理干预对强直性脊柱炎患者功能锻炼依从性的影响

The effects of nursing interventions to ankylosing spondylitis patients' exercises adherence

目的探讨针对性护理干预对强直性脊柱炎患者功能锻炼疗效和依从性的影响。方法将52例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为对照组22例与实验组30例。对照组采用药物治疗和常规功能锻炼,实验组再增加针对性护理干预。治疗前及治疗后21天用毕氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数量表(BASFI)、水平视力对照法(VAS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)分别评估患者关节功能状态、疼痛程度和睡眠质量。记录出院及出院3个月、6个月时患者坚持功能锻炼情况。结果实验组BASFI分、疼痛评分、PSQI总分均小于对照组,功能锻炼累计坚持率大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对性护理干预对改善患者关节功能、疼痛程度和睡眠质量有显著作用,提高了功能锻炼疗效和患者的依从性。

Objective The effect of nursing interventions is discussed to ankylosing spondylitis patients＂ exercises and adherence. Methods 52 patients with ankylosing spondylitis are randomly divided into experimental group （ n = 30 ） and control group （ n = 22 ）. The medical care and ordinary exercises are taken in control group, while additional nursing interventions in experimental group. BAS- FI, VAS and PSQI ＇are used to evaluate joint function status, pain and sleeping quality at the time before treatment and 21 days after treatment. The patients＂ functional exercises are recorded at discharged from hospital,3 months and 6 months. Results BASFI, VAS and PSQI of experimental group are all less than control group. Experiments upholding rates is more than control group. Conclusion Nursing interventions has remarkable effects in improving joint function, relieving pains, better sleeping. It can also improve functional exercises and patients＇adherence.
