论大学创新体系的构建

On the Construction of University Creative System

我国到2020年要建成创新型的国家,创新型的大学将起着决定性的作用。构建包括创造教学模式在内的大学创新体系,是建设我国世界一流水平大学的根本之道。大学创新体系的构建,必须要有明确的指导思想,其设计应是由一个核心、三个要素和一个短板组成的完整体系。在这个体系里,一个核心是指受过良好教育和卓有成就的学术带头人率领的一批科学家;三个要素是指创造性的教学,原创性的科学研究,为社会长远服务的目标;一个短板是指大学本科教学。它们既互相联系,又互相制约。这个体系具有新颖性、普遍性和可操作性,值得进行改革试验和推广。

China will be constructed as the new kind of country till 2020, while the new kinds of Universities will play the important role in the process. The fundamental method is to construct the new and creative system including teaching modules. In the constructing process, the definite guiding thought is pretty important, which consists of one center, three factors and one short board. One center means the cultivated and successful foregoer leading a group of scientists. Three factors mean the creative teaching, original scientific research and the long term object serving people. One short board is the undergraduate teaching. They are mutually correlative and restrictive. The system is novel, general and operable, which is worth reforming and spreading.
