Social Analysis about the Role and Function of the College Anti-corruption Research Institutions

高校廉政研究机构是为了适应我国反腐倡廉建设的需要而产生的。高校廉政研究机构是廉政理论的研究者、廉政建设的推动者、廉政文化的传播者、廉政舆情的引领者、廉政教育的实践者、国际廉政交流与合作的参与者。机构分布不均衡、组织机构之间的功能差异明显和机构整合手段不足,是高校廉政研究机构发展中存在的主要问题。做好高校廉政研究机构整体规划与建设工作,建立多元化的外部资源输入机制以及探索科学有效的整合机制,是解决这些问题的有效手段。

The appearance of the institutions of anti-corruption studies in colleges is due to the need of the construction of the clear governance of China. They are the subjects of the anti-corruption theories, the promoters of the anti-corruption construction, the disseminators of the anti-corruption culture, the leaders of the public opinion, the practitioners of the anti corruption education and the participants of the international anti-corruption exchange and cooperation. The imbalance of distribution, obvious functional difference of organizations and the lack of integration of them are the main problems. The effective ways to solve these problems are to make better planning of anti corruption construction in colleges, to establish various external resource importing mechanism and to explore scientific ways of integration of different organizations.
