摘要
目的了解杭州市HIV/AIDS患者生活质量的影响因素,为完善HIV/AIDS患者心理卫生服务体系,进一步提高其心理健康水平及生活质量提供依据。方法对杭州市226例HIV/AIDS患者进行问卷调查。内容包括基本情况、认知评价、医学应对方式和生活质量。结果年龄增长、认知评价的"威胁"因子分和应对方式的"屈服"因子分对HIV/AIDS患者的生活质量有负性影响,有工作、应对方式的"面对"因子分对生活质量存在正性影响。结论认知评价和应对方式是HIV/AIDS患者生活质量的影响因素。帮助患者改变认知,建立正确的应对方式可以提高其生活质量。
Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS patients＇ quality of life and explore the influencing factors. Methods 226 HIV/AIDS patients were surveyed with HIV/AIDS appraisal questionnaire （AQ） , Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire （MCMQ） and MOS - HIV settle. Results The quality of life was negatively correlated with the increasing age, CIM, drug side effect, threat cognitive appraisal and yielding coping style, while positively correlated with employment and facing coping style. Condtmlon Cognition and coping style influenced HIV/AIDS patients＇quality of life. Our finding suggests that changing the HIV/AIDS patients＇cognitive appraisal and coping style may improve their quality of life to some extent. In addition, elderly patients need more care and attention.
