Problems and Improvement of Operation in Current Specialized Cooperatives

发展农村合作社有利于提高农民的组织化程度,改变单个农民在市场中弱势地位,有利于促进农业产业化链条的延伸,促进农村和农业经济的发展。现行农村合作社数量不断增加,运行质量不断提高,合作社的业务范围也不断拓展,合作社发展势头良好。但是目前合作社也面临着一系列的问题,如资金匮乏,人才短缺,运行机制不健全等,只有针对这些问题进行不断的改进,合作社才能实现更好更快的发展。

The development of specialized cooperative is beneficial to improve the organization of farmers as well as change farmer＇ s weak position. It is also good for the extension of industrial management of agriculture as well as the development of rural area and agricultural economy. With the increased specialized cooperatives and improved quality, line of business expands and maintains good momentum of development. But specialized cooperatives are fac- ing some problems such as inadequate fund, shortage of talents and imperfect operation mechanism. Only through continuous improvement can specialized cooperatives achieve faster and better development.
