本文阐述了当前我国期货经纪公司的三种业务模式及其主要问题,针对我国的现实情况,提出了我国期货公司新的业务模式的具体设计及相应的对策建议。

This paper presents three types of business patterns, drawing on the business experiences in U.S fu- tures brokerage companies, especially FCM business pattern, and puts forward the specific design and suggestions about new business pattern in China＇ s futures brokerage companies on the basis of analysis of current situation.
