摘要
高校实验教学队伍是决定高校实验教学科研水平的关键。目前存在着结构不合理、不稳定,缺乏量化考核标准,队伍进出困难,进修培训机会较少等问题。要解决上述问题必须解放思想,科学规划,实行量化管理,加强实验技术人员培训以及灵活用人机制。只有这样,才能打造出一支整体素质较高、有高度事业心与责任感的实验技术队伍。
College lab team is critical of the decision of experimental teaching and scientific research. They are facing some problems, such as the irrational and unstable structure, the lack of quantitative assessment criteria, diffi- culty in recruitment and dismissal, fewer training opportunities and other issues. To solve the above problems, it is necessary to emancipate the mind, strengthen planning and management, quantitative management, strengthen the training of laboratory technicians and flexible employment mechanism. Only in this way, the college lab team with a high degree of dedication and responsibility can be created.
