大学英语教学中文化素质的培养

On Improving Cultural Level in College English Teaching

随着语言学习者和外国文化的频繁接触,学习目的语文化的重要性日渐凸显。本文回顾了国内外文化教学的发展,论述了大学英语教学中开展文化教学的必要性,指出大学英语教学不仅要重视语言能力的培养,还应重视对英语国家文化的习得,只有将语言知识和有关文化差异的知识相结合,才能提高语言学习者的跨文化交际能力。

With frequent contact of language learners with foreign culture, it has been increasing prominent for learners to learn the target culture. This paper reviews the development of domestic and overseas culture teaching, presents its necessity, and shows that college English teaching should attach importance to the development of English culture acquisition as well as of language ability. Only by integrating language knowledge with cultural differences can learners enhance their intercultural communicative competence.
