摘要
传统的SWOT方法是一种定性分析的方法,缺少定量分析的过程。而采用AHP方法则可以将定性分析与定量分析结合起来。通过分析汽车4S店客户满意度的影响因素,使用AHP方法构建定量模型并分析,可以成为分析和测评汽车4S店客户满意度的一种科学有效的方法。
As a qualitative analysis method, the traditional SWOT method is lack of quantitative analysis process while AHP method can combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. After analyzing the factors which in- fluence auto 4S shop customer satisfaction, the result shows that it' s a very scientific and effective method to use AHP method to build up quantitative models and analysis to analyze and evaluate auto 4S shop customer satisfaction.
