Its main body must be the technicians who are trained specially to be skillful at professional theories and techniques, have the knowledge of psychology, physiology, criminal investigation, material evidence technology and law, as well as having good professional ethics, individual characters, behaviors and clothing. The specializa- tion of the testers is the necessary requirement raised by the developing technology of criminal psychological test.
