摘要
就魔芋水解液对双歧杆菌生长促进作用进行了体外观察实验。结果表明 ,在培养基中加入 1%魔芋水解液 ,两歧双歧杆菌经 37℃培养 18h后 ,活菌数量增殖了 178.10倍 ,而对照培养基中只增殖了 2 2 .14倍 ,活菌增殖量较对照提高 7.85倍。
Growth promoting effects of konjac hydrolyzates on Bifidobacterium bifidum were examined in vitro. The results showed that the viable number of B.Bifidum, cultivated in medium containing 1% konjac hydrolyzates for 18 hours at 37?℃, were increased by 178.10 times, but in controlling medium were only raised by 22.14 times. Compared to control test, 7.85 times increase in the living counts of the bacteria was observed.
