摘要 乳汁中含有多种抗感染物质 ,对婴儿具有多重保护作用。牛乳和人乳中所含蛋白质和肽在其中发挥着特殊作用 ,包括免疫球蛋白、酪蛋白和在人体内消化吸收后产生的免疫调节肽等 ,其对免疫系统的调节作用引起了广泛关注。 Milk is a rich source of bioactive substances, which provide the neonates multiple protection against infections. In this natural mechanism, the protective effects of proteins and peptides derived from bovine milk and human milk, including the immunoglobulins, caseins and immunomodulating peptides produced in the process of ingestion, are highlighted as they play a special role in enhancing the action of human immunosystem.
