摘要 本文对小球藻、栅藻、绿梭藻、柯氏藻作为测定阿特拉津的生测试材进行了探讨,建立了以柯氏藻为主测试材的生物测定方法。该方法具有灵敏度高(0.01mg/L)、重复性好、试验条件简单的特点,适宜于测定低浓度阿特拉津(0—0.15mg/L水溶液)时应用。 Studies on the growth responses of Chlorella, Chodatella, Chlorogontium and Scenedesmus to atrazine (2-chloro-4- (ethylamino) -6- (isopropylamino) -s- triazine) were carried out, and the chodatella bioassay for the quantitative determination of atrazine was established. Atrazine concentrations as low as 0.01mg/L could be detected in water with the bioassay. The method, with advantages of being rapid, sensitive and not requiring expensive equipment, is suitable for the determination of trace atrszine (below 0.15mg/L in water).
