都市农业旅游游客满意度与忠诚度实证分析——基于广州农业旅游景点的调查 被引量:11

摘要 本文基于旅游需求理论和旅游动机理论,构建了都市农业旅游游客满意度与忠诚度模型,探讨了游憩保障、观光康体、社交休闲、文化体验、自我提升与游客满意度、游客忠诚度之间的关系。研究结果表明,游憩保障、观光康体、社交休闲和文化体验对都市农业旅游游客满意度具有显著影响,其中,游憩保障是最重要的影响因素;都市农业旅游游客满意度显著影响游客忠诚度。
