摘要 目的通过检测乙肝疫苗接种者的外周血Th细胞分泌的IFN-γ和IL-4,探讨Th活化与乙肝疫苗无应答的关系。方法利用流式细胞仪分析方法对31例乙肝疫苗应答者和23例乙肝疫苗无应答者外周血中淋巴细胞的胞内细胞因子(IFN-γ和IL-4)和表面抗原(CD4)进行分析。结果乙肝疫苗无应答者外周血IFN-γ(P<0.01)和Th1/Th2比值(P<0.05)与乙肝疫苗应答者有明显差别。结论乙肝疫苗接种者Th细胞的活化与乙肝疫苗无应答存在一定关系。 [ Objective ] To explore the relation between the Thl activation and nonresponsive in hepatitis B vaccination by detecting IFN-3, and IL-4 in blood. [ Methods ] The intracellular cytokines (IFN-γand IL-4) and cellular surface antigen in the peripheral blood of 31cases responsive and 23 cases nonresponsive were detected by flow cytometric analysis. [Result] The level of IFN-γ was higher in response than nonresponsive (P 〈0.01); Similarity, there was significant difference in the ratio of Thl/Th2 between response and nonresponsive〈0.05). [Conclusion] The nonresponsiveness is related with the low activation of Thl cells. The immune detection of the Thl activation is considered to cause nonresponsiveness.
