摘要
目的通过与数字摄片比较,探讨X线数字断层融合技术在腹部平片和静脉肾盂造影中的应用价值。方法在大平板多功能数字化透视摄影系统Sonialvision SatireⅡ下进行腹部平片和静脉肾盂造影检查,选择时机应用数字断层融合技术,经计算机后处理获取高清晰的图像。结果 178个病例中,经临床证实异常者157例。(157/178):泌尿系统结石95例(95/178),其中肾结石50例,输尿管结石13例,膀胱结石5例,多器官结石27例;不明原因肾积水16例,(16/178);肾囊肿16例(16/178);肾旋转不良10例(10/178);异位肾2例(2/178);腹膜后肿瘤压迫3例(3/178);肾癌2例(2/178);肾结核2例(2/178)。结论在静脉肾盂造影过程中,适时应用数字断层融合技术,能够消除重叠伪影的干扰从而获得高清晰、高对比度、高质量的图像,清晰显示肾盂肾盏的解剖结构和病变形态。
[ Objective ] To compare digital radiography to discuss the X-ray digital tomosynthesis in abdominal plain and intravenous pyelogram (IVP) application value. [ Methods ] In fiat plate multi-function digital perspective Sonialvision Satire II photography system under abdomen radiographs and IVP check were made, timing digital tomosynthesis technology, and the computer for high-definition image post-processing were carried out. [ Results ] In 178 cases, The clinical verification unusual 157 cases (157/178): a urinary stone 95 cases (95/178), 50 cases of kid- ney stones, ureter stone 13 cases, bladder calculus in 5 patients, and multiple organ stones 27 cases; The unidentified hydronephrosis 16 cases, and (16/178); Renal cyst 16 cases (16/178); Bladder sites in 11 patients(11/178); Renal spin bad 10 cases(10/178); Ectopic renal 2 cases(2/178); Retroperitoneal tumors oppression 3 cases(3/178); Kidney cancer in two(2/178); Renal 2 cases were tubereulosis(2/178). [ Conclusion] In the IVP process, timely digital tomosynthesis technology can eliminate overlap artifaet of interference to get high-definition, high contrast ratio, high quality images, clear display renal lamp that the anatomic structure of the renal pelvis and pathological form.
