返乡农民工参与职业技能培训的影响因素分析——基于河南尧湖北尧湖南3省35个市渊县冤的调查

An Analysis on Influencing Factors for Returning Rural Laborers′ Taking Part in Professional Skills Training

本文以河南、湖北、湖南中部3省35个市(县)615份调查问卷数据为依据,运用logistic模型对返乡农民工参与职业技能培训的影响因素进行了相关分析。研究结果显示:返乡农民工的性别、年龄、就业身份、职业技能等级以及了解培训政策信息程度、获取培训政策信息渠道等是影响返乡农民工参与职业技能培训的6个主要因素。在此基础上,提出了加强返乡农民工职业技能培训,促进我国职业技能培训教育事业发展的几点建议。

Based on the data of 615 papers from the field study with 35 cities in He＇nan, Hubei and Hu＇nan provinces, the paper analyzes the determining factors for returning rural laborers＇ taking part in professional skills training with the Logistic model. The results indicate that the six important influencing factors for returning rural laborers＇ taking part in professional skills training are as follows： the subjects＇ sex, age, working identity, professional skill rate, the degree of knowing the information and policy about professional skill training and the ways of learning information. Then, combined with the research conclusion, the article puts forward some necessary and practical advices and measures to accelerate the development of professional skills training for returning rural laborers.
