摘要
新疆生产建设兵团农牧团场当前的发展困境很大程度上是受制于优秀人才缺乏,无论是实用人才的数量还是质量都不能满足发展的需要,科学制定人才发展规划,优化人才结构,完善培养体系,建立人力资源开发的长效机制,将有助于提升兵团农牧团场的发展质量,促进兵团团场经济社会发展方式转变。
The present development plight in the farms of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC) is largely due to the lacking of excellent talents. As for the practical personnel in XPCC,both the quantity and the quality can not meet the needs of the development.It is important to improve the training system,to make scientific training plan, to optimize the employee structure and have perfect incentive mechanism, so as to help improve the quality of the development of XPCC and changes the economic and social development mode in XPCC.
