The formation of undergraduateg scientific values is the multiple effect of such factors as subjective effort, the conduc- tion of academic education and the family. The mission and content of higher education is to shape undergraduates＇scientific val- ues. Therefore, the ethical and moral education in colleges and universities should focus on positive sense of values, lay emphasis on the cultivation of students＂ awareness of self - reflection and the edification of correct ethical and moral ideologies.
