高职院校职业道德教育现代化的探索与思考

Modernization of Professional Ethics Education in Vocational Colleges

随着社会现代化程度和生产力水平的不断提高,企业对员工的职业道德标准也在逐步提升,但各种负面状况的影响,抑制了高职教育质量,降低了职业道德教育的效果。高职教育职业道德教育效果不佳主要是因为客观社会环境、高职教育本身和生源素质三个方面的原因。面对价值观念多元化的客观事实,高职院校应通过强化学生的职业判断和自我教育能力,丰富职业道德教育内涵,提高学生的职业情感等多种途径,提升学生的思想政治和职业道德素质水平,为经济社会的发展作出应有的贡献。

With the increase on social modernization and productivity levels, ethical standard of business to employees has gradu- ally improved. But there are some negative factors which really affect the quality of vocational education, the most important of which are objective social environment, vocational education itself and the quality of students. Therefore, the best way to improve the quality of high vocational education is by way of improving students~ professional judgement and the ability of self-teaching, enriching the content of professional ethics education and enhancing students＂ sense of profession.
