试析教师的社会责任

An Analysis on Teachers' Social Responsibility

教师职业的特殊性使得教师的社会责任逐渐成为社会关注的重点。然而,近年来教师履行社会责任的情状并不乐观,教师社会责任意识弱化,在价值观念和职业行为上还存在不少问题。究其原因,在自身因素、社会环境因素和学校管理制度和评价体系等方面是重要因素。因此,应从社会、学校、教师自身三个方面提高教师的社会责任意识,让公众参与到监督与管理教育的实践中去,积极引导教师自觉承担和履行社会责任。

The teachers＇ social responsibility has gradually become a central concern nowadays. The lacking the awareness of so- cial responsibility and the deviation of standard norms of values and professional behaviors are prevailing among teachers. Teach- ers themselves, social environment, school management system and evaluation system are the main factors that result in the above mentioned problems. It is suggested that measures should be taken to co-ordinate the relations between communities, schools and teachers and let teachers narticinate in the wholeeducational practice for the perfection of teachers＇awareness and practical abili-ties of social responsibility.
