摘要
长期以来,学术界往往习惯于描述、追忆大学的"历史意义"、"宏大叙事",而忽略其背后的"细枝末节",如学生管理等。蔡元培、张伯苓分别执掌过北京大学和南开大学,作为中国近代著名教育家,他们在修身、学生主体、培养学生能力、严格管理制度等几个方面具有一致性,他们的学生管理思想对现今的学生管理工作依然有重要的启迪与帮助。
The comparative analysis of commonalities between Cai Yuanpei and Zhang Boling~ concept of student management is more inviting than traditional way of evaluating college achievement from the general description of "historical significance" and " grand narration". The aim of this paper is to provide enlightenment for present student management work from the philosophical eommonalities shared by both masters. The major points to be compared are personal development, students as subjects, students "ability cultivation and strict management system.
