摘要
高职教育的不断发展客观上要求高职院校加强教学质量和人才培养水平的提高,而目前基层教学管理组织——教研室出现了功能的分化、弱化和松散的现象,很难适应现代教育教学改革和高等教育质量工程建设的要求,理应在适应高职院校组织改革、实现教师转型和角色转变、教师群体团结协作等方面进行创新。借鉴团队理论和科研团队的做法,可以在基层教学管理组织创新中发挥教学团队的作用,实现由教研室向教学团队的自然平稳过渡,为教师之间搭建合作交流的平台,这不仅为教师成长提供了空间,而且有利于专业建设和学校核心竞争力的形成,从而提升学校的影响力。
The continuous development of higher vocational education calls for the improvement of teaching quality and the higher level of training personnel. However, malfunctioning of the teaching and research department, one of the primary teaching organi- zations, is difficult to adapt to the modem education reform. Therefore, by adopting the patterns of team theory and research teams, the teaching and research department should change its original role by establish platform for the building of teaching team, by which more room can be provided for the development of teachers and hence can be beneficial to the development of the profession construction and the competitive strength of the college.
