摘要
通过对参加公共艺术活动大学生与未参加此类活动的大学生所进行的问卷调查,发现参加公共艺术活动具有提升素质、促进发展的功能,具体表现在以下几方面:可以优化大学生思维发展,有效地促进专业学习;有助于大学生调控情绪,缓解心理压力;有助于锤炼大学生的意志品质,改善人际关系;有助于大学生正确认识自我,提升自我价值感;有助于大学生完善个性,提升大学生活质量。
Based on surveys using a scale methodology among college students who participate in public art activities, this research found that participation in public activities may improve students ' mental health at such aspects as improving their logic thinking skills and accordingly their academic performance, reducing mental stresses by controlling their emotions, tempering their wills and improving interpersonal relationships, cultivating their self-knowledge and sense of self-value, and perfecting their personalities and improving the qualities of their college life
