摘要
大学生就业指导是高校一项重要的工作,但目前在其课程设置、教师队伍、学生参与、评价机制等方面均存在不足。全程化就业指导课程体系的设置应遵循系统性、专业性、参与性、实践性等原则,以期切实提高就业指导课程的教学效果。全程化就业指导课程应通过系统设置四年的课程学习、多维度延伸课堂教学、建立信息化就业指导平台以及科学评价机制等措施激发大学生的就业自主性,提高他们的就业能力,以助其顺利实现就业。
Employment guidance for college students is a crucial and long-term task in colleges and universities. However, current practices in employment guidance are not satisfied concerning the curriculum designing, teachers" team, students" participation and course evaluation. The building of a whole-processing based employment course system may help solve the above prob- lems because of its effectiveness of course teaching with the principles enjoyed such as systematicity, professionalness, participation and practicality. A systematic setting of four yead'curriculum, a multi-extension of classroom teaching and the construction of information-based employment guidance platform as well as the scientific assessment mechanism are the main requirements, all of which can effectively initiate students'independence, promote their employability, and help them to be employed successfully.
