摘要
进行教学反思既有利于教师总结经验,提高教学水平,又能促进学生能力的提高。教师的教学反思包括对情境创设、提问艺术、教学方法、学法指导、课堂效果、课堂评价、教学疏漏等几个方面。通过教学反思可以丰富教师的教学经验,提高业务能力,并能提高学生的解题技能,真正实现高效课堂。
The purpose of reflective teaching is to generalize what a teacher has practiced in his teaching, which proves a better way to improve both teaching and learning. The following are the aspects concerning reflection on teaching: the creation of situations, questioning art, teaching methods, learning method guide, classroom effect, classroom evaluation and the problems in teaching. How to reflect, in effect, is an effective way to for a teacher to achieve the efficient classroom teaching required in current curriculum reform.
