挖掘、弘扬地域文化是提升学生思想工作实效性的有效途径。广东具有丰富的历史文化底蕴,并在中国革命、建设过程中实现了地域文化传统性的现代化转型,呈现出特有的文化生命力。通过挖掘、弘扬广东地域文化,可以进一步提升大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性,激发学生形成爱国、爱家、爱校的观念,以更好地明确历史使命,承担历史责任。

The excavation and the development of Guangdong local culture is an important agenda in building Guangdong as a province of culture orientation. Guangdong local culture has a long history. It demonstrates vitality in its transformation into modem culture during the foundation and construction of the People＇s Republic of China. Promoting and developing Guangdong local culture may improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Specifically, it may ignite students＇ enthusiasm of positive values and outlook on life, help them understand the missions and responsibility they have to shoulder in the construction of Chinese socialist country.
