摘要
教师角色定位正确与否直接影响课堂情境的愉悦性和趣味性,直接关系到教学成效的高低,是一个亟待关注的研究课题。将教师定位为对话者的角色在古代就已萌芽产生,但随着近代经济与社会的发展这种角色定位被异化了,直到后现代哲学思潮的发展,才实现了对话者角色的回归。从产婆隐喻、灵魂工程师隐喻以及平等中的首席隐喻的角度来理解这三个发展阶段,能更加清晰地认识教师对话者角色的重要性,从而以此指导教师在实际课堂教学中更好地体现这一角色定位。
The correct orientation of the teacher'role is an issue worthy of thorough investigation, the importance of which lies in the creation of harmonious classroom atmosphere, and the improvement of learning outcomes. The interlocutor's role of teachers can be dated back to ancient time since Socrates, which has experienced three phases from the metaphorical concept of midwife, soul engineer and the chief in equality. Postmodernism has positioned the domesticated form of teachers'role when its early form was foreignized with contemporary development of science and society. The awareness of the teachers'interlocutor roles is of sig- nificance in guiding practical and effective classroom teaching.
