增强军校政治理论课吸引力路径探析

The Ways of Effective Political Theory Teaching

当前,军校政治理论课存在的一个突出问题是对学员的吸引力普遍较低,造成吸引力不强的原因是多方面的,有学员和教员主观方面的原因,也有社会环境、教材内容编排和规章制度等客观方面的原因。只有抓住根本症结,才能有针对性地采取措施,增强政治理论课的吸引力。为此,应当在教学理念、能力素质、规章制度和授课方式等方面寻求突破。

Lacking interest in Ideology and Political Theory teaching is a tough nut to crack for a long time, the consequence of which is the ineffectiveness of classroom teaching. The factors causing low interest from students can be categorized into two kinds ： one being subjective from teachers and students themselves ; one being objective from social background, teaching contents and rules and regulations. Focusing on these factors can help identify the problems existed and find better solutions in dealing with them. Teaching ideology, teaching competence, related rules and regulations and teaching methods are the main dimensions that may achieve the attractiveness and effectiveness in Ideology and Political Theory teaching.
